Selection Criteria :
a) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
b) No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
c) relaxation in the upper age limit may be considered by the competent authority on valid grounds.
d) The decision of the Managing Director (TCPL) will be final in all these cases.
e) Preference will be given to the candidates having experience working in public sector organizations.
Eligibility Criteria :
1)- Masters’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing/Finance from a University recognized by HEC.
2)- Minimum age 35 years, maximum age 50 years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
3)- At least fifteen (15) years post qualification experience in marketing/sales with at least 03 years experience as Head of Sales in any large business organization, preferably working with Multinationals or Public Sector Organizations.
4)- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of targets.
5)- Experience in working in diverse cultures and environments.
6)- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
7)- Candidates should have no criminal record and should not be involved in financial/moral impropriety.
