Eligibility Criteria :

1) Qualification: The minimum qualification required for the advertised positions is Second Class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field from any HEC-recognized university. However, preference will be given to those possessing higher qualifications and experience.

2) Experience: The required experience for Assistant Director (Finance & Contracts), Deputy Director (Admin & Estates, Planning) is 10 years, and Accounts Officer is 6 years. Whereas Assistant Manager Legal, Technical, Internal Auditor, Project Coordinator/ Engineer is 5 years post-qualification relevant experience respectively in public or private sector organization of repute.

3) Age Limit: The maximum age limit shall not exceed 45 years from the closing date of receipt of applications.

4) Tenure of Appointment: The tenure of all positions is four years contract extendable on mutual consent.

5) Place of Posting: The place of posting will be in Quetta, but the officers/officials can be posted anywhere in Pakistan according to the exigencies of work.

Salary & Allowances :

An attractive Market-Based Salary will be offered to the selected candidates along with other perks and privileges as admissible under NHA’s rules from time to time.

Selection Procedure :

The selection will purely be on a merit basis and through a transparent process by approved criteria. The candidate shall have to qualify for different stages of the selection procedure, including a written test, interview followed by psychological assessment / intelligence tests, etc., as decided by the Selection Board.
