The Foundation has announced different jobs for the year 2022. The available positions are:

1)- Project Manager, BPS – 17

2)- Assistant Project Manager, BPS – 14

3)- Education Specialist, BPS – 18

4)- Research Officer, BPS – 15

5)- Data Analyst, BPS – 12

6)- Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, BPS – 16

7)- Gender Equity Officer, BPS – 17

8)- Community Mobilization Officer, BPS – 18

9)- Provincial Coordinator, BPS – 17

10)- Admin & Finance Officer, BPS – 19

11)- IT Support Officer, BPS – 14

Application Process :

Candidates need to download the application form available on the official website of the Sindh Education Foundation.

The duly filled application forms must be submitted along with attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, and recent photographs should reach the following address:

Job Qualification :

1. B.Com 2nd Division

2. Computer literate with a minimum speed of 25/30 words per minute

3. Experience: 5 years in a relevant field is required.

4. Age limit: 21 to 30 years

5. Preference will be given to applicants having Sindh domicile

6. 5% quota is reserved for disabled persons

7. 10% quota is reserved for minorities

8. Applicants must have passed B.Com 2nd division from a recognized university, have computer literacy, and have a minimum speed of 25/30 words per minute.

Total Salary :

SEF will offer a handsome salary package to the selected candidates. Each candidate will be getting a salary according to their own post and qualification. The main motive of the Foundation is to provide a quality education so that every child of Sindh could get a better future.

Other benefits:

1). The contract will be for one year, but it can be extended on the satisfactory performance of an employee.

2). Employees will be entitled to leave, i.e., 20 days annual leave and 10 days sick leave.

3). On completing 1 year, Employees will be entitled to gratuity.

4). Employees will have to perform their duties all over Sindh according to the requirement of the Foundation.

Written Test :

For all the positions, Sindh Education Foundation will conduct a written test. The syllabus and paper distribution will be as under :

1). For the post of Project Manager :

a. Paper will be 100 marks.

b. Time allotted will be 90 minutes.

c. There will be 80% objective

2). For the post of Assistant Manager (Finance) :

a. Paper will be 100 marks.

b. Time allotted will be 90 minutes.

c. There will be 80% objective
