Application Procedure :

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years.
Eligibility Criteria :
1- Qualification: Applicants must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate.
2- Minorities Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years as of 01 June 2022 (inclusive). Applicants in the reserved category are eligible for relaxation as per Government rules.
3- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum experience of 02 years in a relevant field from a recognized organization/institution.
4- Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get Rs. 15600 – 39100 / – per month.
5- Applicants must possess good communication skills and excellent command of written and spoken the English language.
6- A resignation letter or transfer certificate from previous employers will be required during the recruitment process if any candidate has worked with any other organization before joining PSPF.
Selection Process :
The applicants will be selected based on merit, and initial shortlisting will be done based on their academic qualifications. The candidates will be called for a written test and/or interview per their educational qualification, category etc. Candidates with a minimum percentage of marks in graduation will be eligible to appear for a written test.
(i) Written Test:
The written test will be 100 marks. The test will be conducted in three sections, General Aptitude, Technical Aptitude and English Language. The candidate should secure at least 30% of the total marks in each area to pass the written test.
(ii) Skill Test:
The skill test will consist of two parts, viz., technical and personal interviews. The candidate in this stage should secure at least 40% of the total marks in each section to be called for a confidential consultation.
(iii) Interview:
The final selection will be made after the interview session, which will be held in Lahore from 05 June To July 2022.
